Arctic experiences on the way to North Cape
Karens Rorbuer consists of an old "marine house" comprising 3 fishermen’s sleeping units and the polarvessel "SELUNGEN" on which you can enjoy arctic food in our intimate café/pub.
The boat also has a meeting room and special accommodation.
Karen´s Rorbuer is a modern resort consisting of three cabin units built in a con-verted fisherman’s house. Each unit is equipped for six people, and are fully equipped. One of the housing units is espacially adapted for the handicapped. There is a caravan park 500 metres from Karen`s Rorbuer.
There are also facilities for visitors arriving with their own boats, such as quays and moorings.There are patios, barbecue sites and a grill room – all with sea views. Activities such as fishing in sea and mountain waters are recommended. Facilities are provided for the gutting and washing of catches and for freezing.
